Just 5 miles from Hay-on-Wye and 12 miles from Brecon, Tara is in the small village of Felindre in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Tara is set in two acres of garden with wonderful views across the Wye Valley and stunning rolling hills.
The Accommodation:
Accommodation based on two people sharing: Twin room with en-suite bathroom, double room with en-suite bathroom or double room with en-suite shower. All rooms have wifi tv, tea and coffee making facilites and include full English breakfast. Although there is a swimming pool at the property, it is not available for guest's use.
The Location:
Explore the Black Mountains on horseback. Local trekking centres are close by. Felindre is on the National Cycle Route. Ther's excellent walking into the Black Mountains from the house and fishing can be offered on the River Usk.
Notes:
Delicious Gourmet food is prepared each night using locally sourced ingedients, many of which are grown at Tara. This can be orderd before your arrival.
Special picnics are also offered.
