Erwood Station Gallery Applied Arts Show
18th March to 17th June
Fifty makers working in glass, metal, ceramic, wood , wax and many more - a whole array of applied art on display. Erwood is Wales' largest, privately owned, contemporary applied arts space.
The Lion Street Gallery Spring Exhibition
19th March to 17th June
The gallery will be showcasing paintings and sculptures by 20 artists , who mostly work in Wales and the borders, in our large group show. There's a landscape focus to the exhibition ,in a whole array of approaches and media.

Concerts for Craswall: Piano Quartet

An impressive piano quartet not to be missed! Four critically acclaimed award-winning musicians: leader of the LSO, Roman Simovic; principal viola with the Ulster Orchestra, Milena Simovic; principal cellist with the LSO, David Cohen, and pianist Wu Qian. Featuring music by Mahler, Fauré and Brahms.

Mitchell and Vincent at The Globe at Hay

Tickets £5; Cash only. Doors 8pm. Mitchell and Vincent are a folk duo from Dorset and Somerset who bring traditional and contemporary styles on fiddle and guitar to folk tunes and songs from around the British Isles with varied arrangements and great foot-tapping folk music.

The Sixteen: Choral Pilgrimage 2022
9th June
World renowned choir The Sixteen return with their annual Choral Pilgrimage tour, this year based around Hubert Parry’s wartime masterpiece Songs of Farewell, a set of six choral motets that reflect peace and unity, as well as an escape from the horrors of war. The work is accompanied by three short works from Campion, coupled with medieval carols and a new commission by Cecilia McDowall.

Widely travelled and extensively recorded, the versatile Tippett Quartet makes a debut appearance at Hay Music with pianist Emma Abbate who makes a welcome return. They play Schumann: Piano Quintet; Tippett: String Quartet No 5; Elgar: Piano Quintet.

Tapestri at The Globe at Hay

Fuelled by their desire to form a bilingual female-fronted band, Tapestri have carved out songs that take their musical colours from a broad palette that includes Americana, Roots, Folk and Country and sing in harmony from the heart. Support Act is Welsh singer-songwriter Eve Goodman!
