Dedicated workspace - reliable WiFi. Downstairs cloakroom, with toilet, basin, washer/dryer, coats rail. All domestic supplies are provided. Also downstairs, second bedroom, overlooking garden - can be made up as a kingsize or twin and has a small hand basin.
Upstairs the spacious landing serves as an additional sitting room. and/or workspace with settee, desk and chair. Also a small Smart TV. The bedroom has a standard double bed. The family bathroom has a toilet, basin, bath, separate shower cubicle, and clothes airer.
Outside - lockable garden shed for bike storage, wooden garden furniture, sun loungers and deck chairs, charcoal BBQ, off road parking.
