We are a small artisan bakery in the market town of Hay on Wye. We produce a range of sourdough breads, delicious pastries and savoury goods. We do not use additives or preservatives in our breads, preferring to use long fermentation processes with our 22 yr old starter. Simply put... Water, Salt, Flour & Time.
