We are 5-6 minutes walk from the town of Hay-on-Wye, a pretty market town famous for its abundance of second hand bookshops, antiques, crafts, good pubs and restaurants. The River Wye is within easy walking distance, as are the many way-marked walks. There is much to do both in the town and the surrounding unspoilt countryside, including canoeing, fishing, and pony trekking.
The apartment itself consists of a spacious sitting room with extra double bed-settee, television and DVD player, one double bedroom, shower room and a large fitted kitchen / dining room complete with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
Included in the rental are bed-linen (duvets), towels, tea towels, electricity and central heating. There are no extra charges.
