Entrance to Upper Barn is through its Hallway-cum-conservatory
into an oak floored dining and sitting area, which has wonderful
views over the Golden Valley. Double doors open out onto one
of two patios.
Large
well-equipped pine fitted kitchen, including electric cooker,
microwave, fridgefreezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
Utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier and there
is a separate shower room with w.c and handbasin. Steps from
the sitting room lead to a cosy carpeted lounge with wood burning
stove, colour tv. and video recorder.
There is a wealth of exposed oak beams and stonework throughout
the cottage. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

range from £200-£800 per week.
All linen (duvets), pillows, hand towels, heating (oil-fired central
heating), logs and electricity are included in the price. Pets @ £10 per week each.
Directions
from Hereford:
take the A465 (SW) turn right onto B4349 towards Clehonger.
Bear left towards Kingstone and Hay-on-Wye. Go through Kingstone
and turn right at the T junction onto the B4348 towards Peterchurch.
Go through Peterchurch and travel for 3 miles until a sharp
left bend. Turn right towards Bredwardine and Arthurs Stone.
Go over the hill top and take first left going down the other
side. After - mile there is a small drive on the left (approx.
100yds before the Arthur Stone Monument).
Directions from Leominster:
take the A44 (SW). Continue towards Eardisley. At the T Junction
turn left onto the A438 towards Hereford. After the Swan Inn,
Letton turn right towards Bredwardine. At the T junction turn
right over the River Wye bridge. At the next T Junction (Red
Lion Pub opposite) turn left. Take the next right turn (Dorstone
Hill). After approx 1 mile (When nearly at the top of the hill)
turn right towards Arthur Stone. After 1 mile there is a small
drive on the left (approx. 100yds before the Arthur Stone Monument).
