that provides magnificent views of picturesque Hay-on-Wye, with a backdrop
of the beautiful Black Mountains. It is attached to our own home - a pleasant
detached house, set in tranquil surroundings. Ample parking facilities are
provided. |

are 5-6 minutes walk from the town of Hay-on-Wye, a pretty market town famous
for its abundance of second hand bookshops, antiques, crafts, good pubs
and restaurants. The River Wye is within easy walking distance, as are the
many way-marked walks. There is much to do both in the town and the surrounding
unspoilt countryside, including canoeing, fishing, pony trekking and golf. |

The apartment itself consists of a spacious sitting room with extra double bed-settee, television and DVD player, one double bedroom, shower room and a large fitted kitchen / dining room complete with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. |
| Included
in the rental are bed-linen (duvets), towels, tea towels, electricity and
central heating. There are no extra charges. |

Tariff:
Prices range from £190 to £300 per week.

Lettings
are Saturday to Saturday, although short breaks may be possible. |
