a lovely welcome! Fresh roses on the window ledge; logs ready to be lit
- a teatray and biscuits already laid - a lovely bottle of wine - what
a great introduction to 'Old Vicarage Cottage! We've had a lovely relaxing
week and we go home refreshed. Well worth the visit. We shall return!

Old Vicarage Cottage is a 17th Century Cottage set in mature gardens, overlooking the church and the hill beyond. The cottage is regularly inspected by the Welsh Tourist Board, and again has been awarded grade 4, so you can have peace of mind knowing that the Cottage has been independently inspected and is a quality cottage which complies fully with all current legislation effecting self-catering accommodation. e.g. fire safety of furniture and furnishings, safety of electrical equipment. |

4/5plus cot,2 bedrooms. Well equiped fitted kitchen with an electric cooker,
microwave oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker etc.Comfortably furnished large
lounge /dining room with dining table and chairs,digital colour television,
video, stereo,lounge suite, and open fire.The lounge overlooks the garden with views towards Clyro church and clyro hill beyond. There are well stocked bookshelves throughout the cottage. |

| Upstairs there are two bedrooms: the main bedroom, with a double and single bed, has views of Clyro Hill and the Black Mountains at the rear. The second bedroom has twin pine beds. Both rooms have attractive fireplaces, as does the bathroom, which also contains bath, shower, toilet and handbasin. There is an additional full sized comfortable single folding bed if required. The cottage is heated throughout. Duvets, linen etc. supplied. Towels for overseas visitors only. The mature, quiet garden is visited frequently by hedgehogs and a large variety of birds. Ample off road parking for up to four cars with a garage if required for bicycles or car. Pets by arrangement. |
