Dog owners - we need your help

The Town Council is keen to make Hay a cleaner place to live and visit and a priority is to reduce the amount of dog fouling on the streets and in other public areas of the town.

In order to help achieve this a meeting is being arranged for dog owners to meet with Councillors to see if anyone has any ideas on how to encourage more responsible behaviour in terms of dealing with dog fouling.

The meeting will take in the Hay Council Offices on Tuesday 24th May 2016 at 5:30pm. Please come along if you have any ideas.
