Conveniently situated for Hay-on-Wye (Town of books and Literary Festival), Brecon (Jazz Festival) and Builth Wells (Royal Welsh Showground).

Both units can be booked together if given enough advance notice.

The accommodation is also a convenient countryside base for touring the Industrial South Wales Attractions.

BARN ACCOMMODATION (Two bedroom)
Comprises an open plan lower floor with dining area and fitted kitchen with modern electric cooker,fridge, microwave, electric toaster and kettle etc.
The lounge area includes comfortable seating,colour television and various pieces of period furniture.The fully fitted bathroom is on the first floor and is convenient for the two well appointed bedrooms.
Bed linen is provided. Heating is by storage heaters and supplementary electric heaters.Garden area to rear. There is good off-road private parking.
